The Game Changing in Luxury
Anna Anderson, Founder and CEO, Decode Collectif
This talk explores how luxury acts as an early indicator of wider market shifts. Today’s high value consumers are spending more on experiences than products, prioritising travel, hospitality, wellness, dining and cultural access over traditional status goods. Younger generations expect meaning, transparency and community, pushing brands to move beyond exclusivity towards collaboration and dialogue. In response, luxury brands are building ecosystems, investing in immersive experiences and embedding values into core strategy. The session translates these shifts into clear implications for C suite leaders across sectors, where brand, culture and experience now drive long term growth.

The Game Changing AI: Intelligence Is Not the Machine.
Odessa Primus, Co-Founder & CEO, GARI Enterprise
AI is not an autonomous force — it is an extension of human intention, competence, and imagination. The current surge of excitement masks a deeper issue: without systems thinking and structural design, AI does not scale sustainably.
AI is not magic but architecture — mathematics shaped by human choices. Its future will depend less on hype and more on the clarity, capability, context, and motivation of those building it — from financial and geopolitical conditions to the objectives driving its development.

The Post-Agency Era: Less Noise, More Relevance
Michaela Rakova, Founder and CEO of 52pages (Agency of The Year by Fenix Awards)
The content marketing landscape is undergoing a fundamental shift. AI has made average content instant, cheap and widely accessible - which means true value is no longer in production, but in smart solutions.
This talk explores how content is evolving from static deliverables to dynamic, data-driven systems:
  • how AI frees teams from repetitive creation and enables deeper, evidence-based content strategies
  • why is cross-market, multilingual communication finally scalable without overwhelming budgets
  • and how can content libraries transform into practical knowledge tools that guide users through complex topics
The future of content isn’t higher volume, it is data-based relevance.
Less output. More insight.
